Ernst & Young (EY) has opened its EY Academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), marking the academy’s foray into the MENA region.
Through its academy, the professional services firm aims to speed up talent development across KSA and the wider MENA region.
This initiative makes the firm the first among its peers to secure a licence to operate an academy in KSA.
Located in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar, the EY Academy delivers bespoke programmes for public and private sector entities to upskill and reskill their staff.
These programmes prioritise areas crucial to economic development, including finance and accounting, leadership and management, data and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as sustainability and innovation.
EY said that the academy’s digital offerings are designed to fast-track the development of essential skills and knowledge through practical, work-focused learning programmes tailored for employees at all levels.
