Entigrity, an outsourcing solutions provider, and MYCPE, a continuing professional education (CPE) services provider, have announced a merger to form MYCPE ONE.
This merger aims to create an integrated ecosystem offering a unified suite of solutions including staffing, CPE and digital marketing to enhance career opportunities for Indian accounting professionals.
MYCPE ONE will provide access to the global accounting industry and learning resources, offering solutions such as outsourcing, captives, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and tech, cybersecurity and managed IT solutions.
Additionally, it will offer CPE for teams with a complete solution for CPE compliance, content, a LMS (learning management system) and outsourced learning and development.
MYCPE ONE aims to expand its presence in India, with new offices in Udaipur and GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
The company plans to scale operations across various delivery centres in India.

The company has partnered with state governments to establish delivery centres in Tier 2 and 3 cities.
