Accounting and advisory association CPAmerica has announced the expansion of its leadership team through new appointments and promotions.
Stephanie Bailes has been appointed as the vice president of services and Tarena Stanley has been promoted to vice president of engagement and partnerships.
Bailes joins CPAmerica with a background in service delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and strategic project management.
In her new role, she will lead the member services team, focusing on the association’s events and member services.
She said: “CPAmerica’s mission to foster meaningful collaboration in support of member firms’ development, continuous improvement, and growth, aligns entirely with my experience.
“I’m excited to combine my diverse experience and network with this exceptional team to create lasting value for both the profession and our members.”
Stanley’s journey with CPAmerica began in 2016 when she was appointed as member services manager.
She will continue to work with the Preferred Provider programme and event sponsorships, further engaging members, partners, and consultants.
She said: “Leveraging my expertise in data-driven strategy, I look forward to working closely with Stephanie to continue offering exceptional experiences, enhancing access to learning and development, and connecting members to valuable resources that help them continuously improve.”
This announcement comes after CPAmerica established a partnership with Finagraph, a financial software company, adding them to their list of preferred providers in 2024.
This collaboration introduced Strongbox, a new financial software solution, to CPAmerica members.
