Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting (TAA) has announced AI enhancements for CCH AnswerConnect Canada, its tax, accounting and audit research product.
Using genAI, the platform now generates responses through its natural language Q&A function via the ‘Ask a Question’ tab.
This allows Wolters Kluwer customers to ask questions directly, eliminating the need for manual searches through its digitised guide.
The introduction of these AI enhancements improves the search experience, enabling accounting professionals to deliver more value for their clients.
CCH AnswerConnect’s latest feature is the first genAI tool to be available in both French and English for tax research in Canada.
The new genAI-powered search functionality enables natural language queries based on trusted Wolters Kluwer content.
