The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and its PAIB Committee are set to host the 4th edition of the CFO Conference Middle East 2024 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reported Khaleej Times.
Scheduled for 29 October 2024, the event aims to unite chief financial officers (CFO) and business leaders to tackle the challenges of the current economic, technological, and environmental shifts.
Previous conferences were held in the region in 2015, 2016, and 2023.
With the theme ‘Inclusive Growth: Reconfiguring Business Strategies,’ the latest conference is expected to attract more than 500 finance professionals, offering an opportunity for networking and learning from global thought leaders.
It will discuss issues such as artificial intelligence (AI), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, regional economic visions, and investment opportunities.
Speakers such as RAK Chamber of Commerce Aarefa Saleh Al Falahi, SOCPA CEO Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Almeghames, and ICAP president Farrukh Rehman, among others will attend the event.
